Dr Lekuona, very attentive to the information I gave her, explained everything to me in great detail, which gave me peace of mind. Very friendly and delicate treatment, as I believe befits a professional in this specialty. I will return next year.
At reception they graciously offered me a solution to the problem I had.

Months ago they ordered me to do a lactulose test, they called me in at 7 in the morning, I got there and they told me that they were confused and that they were not going to do the test that day... So far everything is correct, everything the world can make mistakes.
Next, I have pain and I make an appointment with a specialist, the appointment is not given from one day to the next, that goes ahead, after waiting a week... The day I arrive I enter the waiting room and I am there for 40 minutes . Nobody calls me, I go to the reception and they tell me that they forgot to tell us that the specialist couldn't come that day.... They make an appointment for me for the following week.
The following week, they called me a day before to cancel the appointment. To all this with pain. We pay for private insurance and they treat us worse than in public health. But what is this? Coincidence? Honestly, pretty desperate and disappointed.

Our experience in this Medical Center is regrettable.
Our 57-year-old mother went to this center on January 13, with severe headaches, double vision, vomiting and difficulty breathing. Doctor Lasa Imaz treated her. This well-to-do person, without motivation in his profession and who practices in a white coat who cannot be called a Doctor, has no interest in trying to help patients who come to his office in a serious condition, as was the case of our mother. . The only concern he had in the consultation was not to analyze the patient's condition to achieve a treatment with which she could improve her state of health, but rather her only concern throughout the consultation was that she had the mask on properly, and I repeat being a person with difficulty breathing. This shows a great lack of empathy and humanity.
Due to the severe, disabling headache that I had had since the beginning of December, I had been to the emergency room on numerous occasions due to the pain and had been prescribed medication for it, but since it did not relieve it and as it became more intense every day, the recommendation of the doctors who treated us, It was that a neurologist had to evaluate him and the appointment with “Doctor” Lasa Imaz was urgent. At no time did he worry about finding out where and why those severe pains came from that did not even allow him to rest, and that no medication he took relieved him. As a doctor, you should know that today the only test that diagnoses a serious complication in the head is an MRI. He ended up prescribing him a simple Lyrica, which is a medication that does not start to work until 15 days after taking it and which obviously did not help him at all.
Finally, our mother was admitted to Osakidetza at the San Sebastián Hospital, where she underwent an MRI that diagnosed Leptomeningeal carcinomatosis. Unfortunately, on February 9, our mother died with meningeal cancer at the age of 57.
People like this "Doctor" who do not make one feel that there is a genuine interest in the well-being of their patients, should not practice medicine, much less in a paid medical center such as IMQ. Given experience, I would not recommend this center for any type of emergency.
Appointment with the correct doctor without any type of muscle examination other than visual and tactile. He recommends 4 sessions of postural correction and physiotherapy at the center itself.
At reception they tell me that they will call in 15 days and I have been waiting for more than 1 month with no hope that they will call me.
Non-existent patient follow-up, as well as concern for the patient.
In my case, waste of time.
